How to Build Muscle

To successfully build muscle, you need to have 5 key elements in balance. They are:
  1. Visualization - decide on what your ideal body looks like, how much muscle you need, what body parts need the most work.
  2. Exercise - without it, you can NEVER build muscle. The better your exercise program, the quicker you will likely reach your goals.
  3. Nutrition - a top exercise program must be supported by adequate nutrition. You need to consume more calories than you use living, breathing and exercising or your body can't grow.
  4. Rest - your body grows while you are resting. You need to get enough rest so your body can do its part.
  5. Motivation - this is the key element that keeps you disciplined, keeps you eating right and keeps you going back to the gym even when you don't feel like it.
